House sit SKENNARS HEAD

Your mornings in Skennars Head begin with the ocean's murmur. Leash in hand, a stroll along the coastal path is a natural first step for you and your charge. This sealed route, connecting Sharpes Beach and Boulder Beach, offers ample space for a dog’s morning exercise, with designated off-leash zones near the southern end of Sharpes. Sand between toes for you, a good sniff for them. Afterward, a short walk to The Coast precinct provides a flat white from the local café, a convenient stop before heading back to settle the pets. This coastal stretch operates at an unhurried pace, making daily errands straightforward. A quick visit to the IGA at The Coast will cover most grocery needs, ensuring the pantry and pet bowls remain full without venturing far. The local chemist is also there for essentials. Lunch often means a quiet moment on the deck, listening to distant waves. The routine of the home blends seamlessly with the relaxed atmosphere outside. Afternoons invite further exploration of the low-key trails winding through coastal bushland, a different scent for inquisitive noses. The quieter residential roads make for easy, safe neighbourhood walks if preferred. As dusk approaches, the setting sun casts a soft light over the residential streets. Skennars Head provides a peaceful base; the local bus service is minimal, so personal transport or a short drive into Lennox Head or Ballina will broaden options for evening meals or specific supplies.
