House located facing a natural reserve, with lovely walks and plenty of wildlife, quiet and secluded. No pets. We will require average garden maintenance (mowing, watering). 30 min drive to Ballina beach and 40 min drive to iconic Byron Bay town.

The house is under renovation, no construction occurring during your stay. However, the aesthetic of some areas of the home are not ideal.
