We live in a modern, spacious 4 BR house in Bayview, in Sydney's northern beaches which has recently been renovated. We have a large garden which is professionally maintained. There is also a pool which will be kept covered for the duration of our absence. There is no public transport near our house so having your own car is essential.

We need a house and pet sitter for our two 13 year old male Birman cats. They are very affectionate, placid and good natured and love their cuddles and daily grooming.

They are used to having people around for most of the day (we are retired) so we'd prefer a housesitter who does not have a long working day, or is an active retiree.

We're about 5 minutes from the beach and the Mona Vale shopping centre. There are many areas in the house that can be used as a home office if needed, internet is available. We would expect our home to be kept tidy and clean.

My 90yo mom lives in a separate granny flat and I'd love the housesitter to check on her occasionally.
