The house is a renovated cottage in the small seaside town of Bermagui, south coast NSW.

Very short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants, pub, golf, tennis, bowls, library and the best sourdough bakery which also specialises in French croissants and other irresistibles. Two beaches and a harbour a short easy walk.

There is a large rear garden which won’t need much attention in August.

Monty, the 11-y-o Labrador will need company, feeding and walks.

Room to park a caravan in the driveway.
