One bedroom available with King Bed - will leave car for use (over 25 insured only). No kids please, would prefer a mature couple.

Large block - doesn’t need much care during the summer as it’s too dry and I don’t have retic.

Dog is happy with company all day, but is also used to being on her own.

Ring doorbell system in place - but I am situated on a quiet culdesac.

Large back yard with BBQ and outdoor couch.

Aircon only in bedroom - none in living room.
