We need someone to live in and care for our house, yard and pets while we are away for an extended period. There are two indoor cats, one of which craves company and walks on a lead outside. There are also two rabbits and chickens requiring minimal care. Regarding the house, we just need it to be occupied and kept clean and tidy. We live on a 1 1/4 acres, so the lawn will likely need to be mowed each week also (we have a ride-on mower for this). Our home is in a beautiful area between coast and country, with mountains and beach destinations 30-60 minutes away. Towns with supermarkets, restaurants and cafes are 12-20 minutes away.
