The house is in Ballarat Central, close to all amenities, cafes, restaurants, services, etc. Ballarat is a modern, vibrant city with all modern amenities, but also has a rich and colourful history. The house is a renovated Edwardian, with modern kitchen and bathrooms. There is no room for a caravan, however storage is available close to the city.

Most things (supermarkets, theatres, restaurants, cafes, medical and dental services, hospitals, shops, etc.) are within walking distance of home.
