Hi, I’m Marla! Will You Be My New Best Friends?

Woof! My name is Marla, and I’m a 3-year-old Kelpie/Bull Arab cross with a big heart and an even bigger love for cuddles. My humans are going away for a bit, so I’m looking for someone very special to come stay with me at my beautiful home in the countryside.

Here’s what you should know about me:

I’m super loving, a little goofy, and I might think I’m a lap dog.

When I first meet you, I can get really excited and might jump up to say hi—I just can’t help myself! But I settle quickly, especially if you’re patient and kind.

I love my morning and afternoon walks! They’re the highlight of my day (besides cuddling with you on the couch).

Sometimes I feel a little anxious, so I’d prefer someone experienced with bigger dogs who can help me feel safe and loved.

I feel most comfortable when I have a man and a woman around—it’s my favorite kind of company!

Now, about my home! It’s a peaceful and stunning place with mountain views, lots of birds and wildlife, and plenty of space to relax. You’ll feel like you’re on a retreat every day! All I ask is that you water our veggie garden and plants, bring in the mail, and make yourself at home. You can even sip on something chilled while watching the sunset behind the mountains—it’s magical.

14 minutes to Samford Village, where you’ll find Drakes, delicious pizza, and my humans’ favorite cafe, The Little Tree Bake and Brew.

14 minutes to Warner, with Woolworths and more.

15 minutes to Cedar Creek, perfect for walks, waterholes, and waterfalls.

45 minutes to Brisbane CBD, so you can easily pop into the city if needed.

My humans are looking for someone they can trust completely, so they’ll need references and a police check, please.
