We live on a 5 acre farm but do not have any livestock to look after. Just a nice piece of total privacy to enjoy and relax.

We do have a few chickens, a couple of cats and dogs but that's about it. Of course some plants to water but again no big issue.

Our 5 acre property is totally private and you wont see a neighbor at all (unless you want to). Its only 5 mins from the township of Wallan or 10 mins the other direction to Whittlesea. The Hume Hwy is also close by if you needed to drive into Melb for any reason.

Being on a property we find it very difficult to go away as its always hard to find people we can trust to look after the place for us. This is the very first time we are exploring this option and hope it works out for us.

We do have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a nice outdoor pool but given it will be winter, I cant see the pool getting any use.

My wife and I are nearing retirement and have kids that have all grown up and have moved out into their own home.
