This is new 2 bedroom house, with 2 large veranders, both gauzed to protect from mosquito's. The house is fully equipped with everything you need.

Kitchen; electric oven, induction stove, cake mixer & tins, filter coffee maker and all the basic appliances etc.

Living; Tv, internet, large dining table & couch, wood heater & air conditioner.

Laundry;

Washing machine, dryer, cleaning equipment.

Bedrooms;. Main bedroom has a queen bed and air-conditioning.

Second bedroom has a double bed, desk and printer.

The property;

Beautiful location with gorgeous mountain views, chickens, a citrus orchard and vegetable gardens.

My little family are living on the property in a renovated school bus and we have a big dog Lulu, she has a big bark but is very friendly. We look after the chooks, but ask that you feed the chickens when we away and put Lulu away in the bus at night when we work (2 nights a week).

The main duty is to look after a very elderly toy poodle Missy, she needs medication daily (3 times a day), to be kept comfortable & warm. She cannot longer control her bladder and bowels, so you'll need to clean up after her, it's wooden floorboards throughout so it's easy enough to deal with, just constant. She has lost her marbles so sometimes barks at nothing, she can usually be settled.

We live in Gleniffer which is surrounded by beautiful rainforests and fresh clear water creeks, the area is quite beautiful and I think you'll enjoy the cute township as well.
