we are on 40acres of bushland in a very picturesque area near agnes water.

we live in a cute bungalow with 2 lovely kelpie`s...Smoko(14yrs) and Rollie(2yrs)who live outside.

They are both well trained and love to bush walk up to the top of our place(great views!)

Followed by a swim in the dam. They both love ball`s and frisbie catching.

We are looking for a reliable person to house sit on a fairly regular basis.

The bungalow is clean,modern, and has good wifi and mobile reception.

We are 15 minutes from Agnes Water, with it's beautifull surf beach's and headbands. There are cafe's and restaurants,as well as a great tavern in town.

Also there are extensive coastal national parks both north and south .
