A dog to be walked daily and small garden to be watered occasionally, perhaps with a lawn mow during your stay. The lawn is about the size of a one car garage.

The dog is a cocker spaniel and sometimes stubborn about not walking. You have to be firm.

We live in an over 55 complex, comprising 9 townhouses. Each has 4 bedrooms, two bathrooms and has a one car garage.

We would prefer a mature aged sitter to fit in with the the other residents.

We are adjacent to a bike path that leads to Dee Why beach in one direction, 25 minute walk, and Narrabeen Lake , 20 minute walk ,in the other. In fact, you can walk/ cycle all the way around the lake if you want ( 13kms round trip).
