The unit is a ground floor fully self contained studio apartment located in Clifton Hill, Melbourne, with ample garden space and large shady tree to relax under. There is an attached external laundry available and ample free off-street parking. Train, buses and trams are all in very close proximity, and the famed Brunswick street in Fitzroy is a mere 10-15 min walk away.

There are loads of tranquil gardens nearby, as well as the peaceful and serene Merri Creek. It is approximately a 15min train trip to the heart of the city, all local amenities are nearby, supermarkets, grocers, fresh food markets and an array of retail stores as well.

I have one desexed male short hair domestic cat that needs feeding twice daily and to be kept inside at night time. I have quiet a few pot plants both indoor and outdoor and a small veggie patch that will also need daily watering. General mail collection would also be appreciated.

Harvi (cat) is allowed out during the day and is kept inside at night at all times. He gets a small wet meal for brekkie and a larger wet mince dinner, once he is inside for dinner he is not allowed back out after that. He also free feeds on biscuits throughout the day which i keep topped up for him. He is quiet food orientated so getting him in for dinner is never an issue.
