Single or couple, non-smoking, non-partying. We have one Maremma dog, one indoors cat, three chooks and a number of wild possums to feed and generally care for. Oversight of a largish garden so we would prefer someone who has good gardening knowledge and cares whether plants live or die. Not much to do in winter though. We are approx 20km from Bendigo sitting on 10 acres of bush. Good support is available with one daughter next door and the other only 3 kms away if there are any problems. Heating can be wood fire, gas fired hydronic heaters or reverse cycle a/c. Internet is good and mobile coverage average. Lock up garage attached to house.
