1 Dog (staff x Labrador) to feed once a day and walk

1 cat (domestic short hair) to feed twice a day. The cat also requires a play and is locked inside at night with his sister the dog.

Occasionally water the garden.

We have 2 guest rooms, one with Queen bed and one, upstairs with king bed. A non smoker is a must.

A spacious and lovely house right near the Kedron Brook bike path and not far from the Brisbane cbd. Local cafes and restaurants are aplenty or just lounge around the house, which it is very good for.

The house although double story can be lived in using just the ground level but the house is slightly raised and split level so stairs, without handrails are a constant. There is a pool but it isn't heated.
