We require a responsible person who must love cats. We have a one year old male (desexed) tabby cat who is fed both in the morning and in the evening. Timmy likes to spend time outside in our garden courtyard, however, If we go out we bring him inside before we leave. He is not allowed out at night. Timmy often uses the kitty litter inside the house which would need to be cleaned out every one or two days. Timmy likes to play with his toys but also likes attention whilst doing so.

General housekeeping would be appreciated (keeping everything clean, floor sweeping, dishwashing, bathroom etc). Watering of plants in garden appreciated if it doesn't rain, also watering plants on the patio once or twice.

Check the mail and put the garbage bins out (and bring them in from the kerb)

Responsible for the security of the house with regard to locking doors and windows when going out.

Own transport advisable although there is a bus which involves a ten minute walk. Supermarkets and shopping centres are a 10-15 minute drive away.
