The main aim of this assignment is to provide companionship and food for our elderly cat (and peace of mind to her family).

"China" has recently been diagnosed with a thyroid condition which means she will need medication twice a day. This is topical medicine that is rubbed into her ear (so no tablets).

This is an ideal assignment for an older couple - as our cat is elderly this is not really a suitable assignment for families with children.

She is an outside cat normally, but likes to spend more time inside when it's cold, and will come in for a pat and a chat at night time.

There are parts of the house that we will need help in keeping closed. As she is ageing she is getting more disorientated and has started urinating in the kids bathroom shower. So we keep this closed to prevent this. This is probably the undesirable part of this assignment, but we need to be open about the possibility that this may happen.

The house itself if very conveniently located within around 3/4kms of surfers paradise. It is older in side but comfortable. We have Foxtel and Netflix and airconditioning to keep warm.
