Quiet house with a garden, across the road from a tram stop and a really good pizza restaurant - priorities.

The pets are the main focus here!

The two cats are indoor-only, so awareness of this is crucial - we live near a busy main road.

Debra, the Great Dane, will have a dog walker come to visit daily, so you only need to manage her around the house. She can be boisterous and strong, though, so confidence around big dogs is a must.

Old man Rocky is Labrador-sized, and will need a short walk daily. He is happy with a 15 min lap around the block, and spends the rest of his time indoors.

Public transport options: Tram (59), bus (513, 903, 527, 951). Coburg station is a 15-20 min walk. Brunswick is 10-ish mins by car, depending on traffic.

House has gas ducted heating to keep you (and my naked cat) toasty. The guest room has a double bed, bathroom has shower and a bath. Kitchen and bathroom were both renovated in the last 5 years.

Preference would be for a single person, but couples considered. Looking for someone who is animal-minded and home most evenings.
