Prefer someone with own van, big rig or motor home to caretake acreage property. Toilet and shower and camp kitchen in shed available for use by caretakers. This is a quiet little town with a cafe, hotel, butcher shop, Servo, boat ramp. It’s attractive to those who enjoy wetting a line, walking on the beach or just chilling in the quiet environment. There are some plants to be watered and we would like the lawns around the house and shed to be mowed with the ride on mower. Pets welcome.
