I live in a 3 bedroom townhouse in a complex of 9 units. The house itself as 3 bedrooms and the master has an en suite. I would prefer that only the Master bedroom is used if possible but open to offers if require more than 1 bedroom. I am located 5 mins walk to tram and train station, 7 mins walk to Westfield and there is a Coles across the road. I have 3 cats. All sleep inside and can access outdoors via cat door. We have a cat enclosure attached to the cat door so the cats can be locked in but still access kitty litter outside during the night. I don't always lock them in but it is a nice option if needed to know they are inside and safe. My complex is quiet and is predominately owner occupied. There is a garage but its used as a spare room. there is space out the front for 1 car. Not a lot of street parking. My cats do not like dogs and are used to a quit home with 2 adults and no young children. 1 is getting older and does sometimes wander around talking a lot. Another one has mega colon and is on a strict diet (no matter what he tells you, he is not allowed anything but his dry food) the other two can have treats when he isn't watching
