Christmas at the Beach!

Our home is walking distance (less than 1km) to the beach, James St shopping and dining precinct in Burleigh Heads and Burleigh Heads National Park.

Open plan living area with front and back outdoor entertaining areas, plus a beautiful swimming pool.

Very private property on a quiet and friendly street.

Wifi, multiple streaming channels, media room.

We have a 4 year old Labradoodle and a 5 year old independent cat (what cat isn't?).

Dog needs walking ATLEAST 1x per day, usually a minimum of 3 km.

Minimumal Garden care.

Creditable references required as we have never done this before and are a little wary.

This home owner is still seeking a house sitter.
