We have a 20 acre property 30 klm outside Gin Gin, a beautiful spot with views to die for.

We run 5 cattle and 2 Alpaca boys on the back 10 acres and nothing to do there except make sure their water trough is kept full.

We have 5 Alpaca girls down the front in a seperate paddock, again nothing to do except fill their water.

We have 2 Maremma dogs, Max is 4 and Riggs is 6 months old. Friendly and very protective of the house and occupants, they have a backyard to go into but are mainly house dogs and part of the family.

We have 4 chooks and 1 cockatoo, nothing to do with cocky but you will need to feed and water chooks.

Thats about it for our little family, we have a small queenslander house, just two bedrooms, we are still doing some small renovations and adding balustrades, but very cute and plenty of verandahs to sit on and enjoy the view.

You will need to water the garden please.
