We live in a new 17th floor apartment overlooking North Burleigh beach. The unit has three bedrooms and has uninterrupted views of the beach, Burleigh headland, and the hinterland.

We have an old cavoodle (will be 16yo in September). An important member of the family. He is a very gentle dog. Sadly, as he has aged he has become increasingly dependent and is vey anxious if left for long. He is house trained, and needs three short walks a day. I would not be comfortable leaving him in a commercial facility.

He sleeps a lot during the day but is likely to start howling if left for more than an hour. I understand this could be restrictive for whoever is looking after him. The assignment would possibly best suit a couple.

The complex has a strict ‘no smoking’ policy. The sitters are welcome to have occasional guests, but no parties please.
